Production planning

Good manufacturing starts before production.

The agreed electrical schedule and installation requirements define the work that follows. Connections, cooling, insulation, enclosure, monitoring and testing all need to be considered as part of the same equipment package.

Share your inspection points, drawing approval process and delivery requirements early. The production scope and schedule should be confirmed in the project proposal.

Before the order

Make the production scope explicit.

  • Technical agreementElectrical duty, construction, interfaces and installation conditions.
  • Drawing reviewDimensions, connections, lifting and maintenance clearances.
  • Inspection planRequired checks, witness points and documentation deliverables.
  • Delivery planningPackaging, transport constraints and site handling requirements.
