What information is most useful for a quotation?
Include the required capacity, primary and secondary voltages, frequency, quantity, application and destination. Add a single-line diagram or relevant specification details where available.
I am not sure which transformer type I need. Can I still enquire?
Yes. Describe the load, supply voltage, installation location and operating conditions. Select “I need selection advice” and list any requirements that are still open.
Can I request technical documents?
Mention the proposed model or application and the documents your project requires. Current availability, document scope and any inspection requirements must be confirmed for the enquiry.
